18. WHAT IS THE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
We do not accept returns, Exchange are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective. One must request an exchange within 15days of receiving your order.
19. HOW DO I START EXCHANGE?
The quickest way to initiate a return/exchange is to Call or WhatsApp us at +91 8109000445, or write to us at connect@tesuindia.com with your order ID and reason for return. We’ll take care of the rest! Please note that the exchange request will only be accepted once.
20. WHAT IS THE REFUND PROCESS?
We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. We only process Credit Notes based on fulfillment errors, such as brand is unable to fulfil the order due to issue in its making process .
21. WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY CREDIT NOTE?
We will issue a credit note immediately after we receive the product from your end which is valid online and in our stores.
