At TESU, every order is packed with care and shipped from India to ensure your handcrafted products reach you safely. Since many of our products are handmade, vintage, oversized, fragile, or made to order, dispatch timelines may vary by product category.

Order Processing & Dispatch Time

Once your order is placed, our team will review the order details, prepare the product, and pack it securely for shipment.

Estimated dispatch timelines are as follows:

Homeware, decor, lighting, soft furnishings and accessories 5–10 business days, unless mentioned otherwise on the product page
Antiques, vintage pieces and furniture 10–15 business days
Made-to-order or customized products Around 30 days, or as informed at the time of order
Bulk, corporate, hospitality or special orders Timeline shared separately before confirmation

You will receive an email notification and/or WhatsApp update once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Time After Dispatch

After dispatch, most orders are delivered within 4–5 business days, depending on your location, courier availability, and serviceability of your pincode.

Delivery may take longer for remote locations, large furniture orders, fragile products, weather disruptions, public holidays, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the order value and payment method.

Free Shipping

TESU offers free shipping on all orders above ₹6,000. This is also shown on TESU product pages as “Free Shipping: On all orders over Rs. 6000.”

Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted courier and logistics partners based on product size, delivery location, and serviceability.

Our shipping partners may include courier services suitable for small parcels, fragile decor items, and larger furniture shipments. The final courier partner is selected by TESU at the time of dispatch to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

We may ship through partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, professional surface logistics, or other trusted delivery partners depending on the order and destination.

Only keep the carrier names that you actually use.

Pincode & Region Coverage

We currently ship across serviceable pincodes in India.

Some remote areas, restricted delivery locations, or oversized/furniture shipments may require additional time or special logistics support. If your pincode is not serviceable, our team will contact you to discuss the available options.

For large furniture, antique, fragile, customized, or bulk orders, delivery availability and timeline may be confirmed separately before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking update by email and/or WhatsApp. You can use the tracking details to follow your shipment status.

If tracking is not immediately active, please allow 24–48 hours for the courier partner to update the shipment information.

Packaging

We take special care while packing handcrafted, fragile and premium home products.

TESU uses secure packaging to protect products during transit. Wherever possible, we aim to use mindful and eco-conscious packaging materials. Some fragile or oversized products may require additional protective packing to ensure safe delivery.

Your floating tray product page currently says TESU uses plastic-free, eco-friendly packaging for those orders. So you can use this broader policy wording safely without overpromising for every category.

Delays

While we try our best to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to:

Courier or logistics delays
High order volume during sale or festive periods
Public holidays
Weather conditions
Remote-location delivery constraints
Product customization or finishing time
Fragile or oversized shipment handling
Unexpected operational issues

In case of a delay, our customer service team will keep you updated.

Damaged Package or Product

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order number
Clear photos/videos of the outer packaging
Clear photos/videos of the damaged product
Unboxing video, wherever possible

This helps us verify the issue with our logistics partner and support you with the next steps.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and pincode are correct at the time of placing the order.

TESU will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available only on selected products, order values, and serviceable pincodes. COD charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.

TESU reserves the right to disable COD for high-value, customized, made-to-order, antique, furniture, fragile, or bulk orders.

International Shipping

Currently, this policy applies to orders shipped within India.

For international shipping, bulk hospitality orders, export orders, or special requests, please contact our team before placing the order. Shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs clearance, and timelines will be shared separately.
