PRODUCT CARE - Wipe with clean and dry cloth, wipe spills immediately, do not keep in direct sunlight, avoid direct contact of hot and cold items direct on the surface, avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasives as they may damage the surface. For maintenance apply beeswax on the surface.

SPECIAL ATTENTION - This piece is crafted by hand; slight variations may be in colour, pattern, and size. Cherish it for its individuality, as no two pieces are completely alike. These products are handmade and can have slight human errors. 

SHIPPING AND RETURNS  -  Dispatched in a maximum of 20-25 business days. Please  however, this may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods. RETURNS - All our Home category products are not eligible for any refund/return/exchange. 

We always use plastic-free packaging to wrap and send your orders. We occasionally use recycled bubble wrap or plastic sheeting when necessary.
